A.: It has been our goal to provide the very best in apartment living at an affordable cost to you. This means we pay closer attention to the appearance, day-to-day management and general operation of our apartment community. Blueberry Hill Apartment Community will be a place you will be proud to call “home”.

Q:  What is included in the rent?

A. The monthly rent includes the following: water, trash, basic cable, full size washer & dryer, gas log fireplace, window treatment, swimming pool, 24 hour emergency maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal

Q: What options do I have regarding lease terms?

A. The standard lease term is for one year. However, we do offer 3, 6 and 9 month leases. Month to month lease lengths are available only after the initial lease (the lease which is signed at the time of move-in and/or the most current lease) has been fulfilled.

Q: Are Pets Allowed?

A: Yes! Blueberry Hill is a pet-friendly community. We do have breed restrictions, please call and ask about breed restrictions. There is an additional security deposit of $300.00 (refundable pending no damage) and a monthly pet fee of $35.00.

Q:  Who is responsible for the utilities in the apartment?

A:  Residents are responsible for gas, electric, phone service and upgraded cable service. The gas & electric will vary each month depending on the individual usage, the time of year and the size of your apartment.

Q:  Are furnished, corporate apartments offered?

A:  Yes! When you travel from your home to ours, you will find the unexpected. For half the cost of a hotel room, you will have exceptional service and a beautifully appointed, full furnished corporate apartment.

Best of all you do not have to incur all the exorbitant expenditures associated with these labor-intensive projects. Q: How And Where Do I Pay My Monthly Rent?

A:  The rent is due by the first of each month, after the fifth of the month there is a $35.00 late fee. The rent can be paid at the Rental Office by the following methods; cash, check, money order, bank check, electronic transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. The rent can also be mailed to our corporate office located at 3240 Chili Ave , Rochester , NY 14624.

Q:  Do All The Apartment Homes have Fireplaces?

Yes! In every apartment home there is gas log fireplace.

Q:  What Cost Is Associated With The Application Process?


A: There is a $25.00 application fee for the first applicant and for each additional co-applicant a fee of $10.00 plus a $250.00 holding fee which will be applied to your security deposit. (Security Deposit is equal to one months rent, depending on the size of your apartment)Once you have been approved for an apartment home, you will need to sign the lease and pay the balance of the security deposit.
