The Rental Application Fee Is Non Refundable
: The rental application fee is Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for the first applicant and Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each additional applicant. A rental application must be completed by each applicant and submitted with photo identification. Acceptable forms of identification include the following: driver's license, passport, or a state-issued photo identification card.
Proof of Income
: All Applicants must provide proof of income by submitting the last two pay stubs from their employer. If self-employed or retired, the applicant must furnish copies of federal income tax returns for the last year. Total obligations should not exceed 36% of weekly gross income.
Employment
: Applicants must provide proof of employment from current employer. Employment will be verified by the Human Resource Department of current employer.
Credit History:
Credit report will be pulled on each applicant and each applicant must have a credit score of 630. Any negative credit history is grounds for denial of the application.
Landlord Reference:
Negative rental history is grounds for denial of rental application. (Late rental payments, excessive damage to apartment, noise complaints )
