To submit a routine service request, simply complete the open fields in the form below. The items marked with an asterisk are required for the form to be submitted to our Service Managers

 

If you have a Priority (Emergency) Service Request, please call Blueberry Hill Leasing Office or the After Hours Answering Service.

 

Priority (Emergency) Service Requests include:

  • No Electricity
  • No Plumbing or Water throughout the apartment home
  • Water Flooding into the apartment
  • No Heat in temperatures below 55 degrees
  • No Air Conditioning in temperatures over 88 degrees
  • Smoke Alarms going off
  • Situations where access to the apartment may be comprised (i.e. broken windows or broken locks)
