Six Month Lease

Month to Month lease lengths are available only after the initial lease (the lease which is signed at the time of move-in and/or the most current lease) has been fulfilled. Month to month rent is based on"market" rent plus an additional monthly premium.
The apartment homes at Blueberry Hill have a six-month and one year leases in order to provide the most flexibility for you the resident. The Leasing Consultant will be happy to discuss the lease agreement with you to insure your complete understanding and comfort when you decide to make your home with us.
