It's true, our residents have been very generous with their kind words. Here are some we've received.
8/5/2011 - We just moved from the other side of the country with my husband's work which will have us in Rochester for several months. As I unpacked our suitcases here at Blueberry Hill, I wondered how I would get our belongings unpacked from the pod that was being delivered the following day. When I mentioned this to Karen, she didn't hesitate when she said, I think I know a couple of young men who can help you with that. True to her word, Ray and Antonio appeared the next day at the appointed time and brought my things up to my apartment. Both were polite and got the job done in no time at all.
I have sinced learned that the maintenance crew is just as friendly and professional as Karen.
Thanks to everyone on the Blueberry Hill team for making us feel welcome here in Rochester. I know we're going to enjoy our stay here in Rochester.

4/22/2011- My husband and I moved into this apartment complex in November 2010. This complex was very accommodating, and allowed us to keep our dog with us. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the staff is very friendly. We are only moving because we are relocating! Thanks again for everything!

2/24/2011 - I just wanted everyone to know how much I appreciate your concierge service. My car was in the repair shop yesterday and the repairs took longer than anticipated, which left me without a way to get to work this morning. When I went to the rental office and asked for a ride, Karen dropped what she was doing and drove me to work. And she did this with no prior notice! This saved me from waiting for a taxi and being late to work. Wonderful extras such as the concierge service and staff that is willing to go the extra mile make living at Blueberry Hill a wonderful experience!

5/18/2010 - I just want to let everyone know what a great experience it was to live the past year at Blueberry Hill Apartments. From the staff in the office to the men in maintanence, there could not be a friendlier or more efficeint group of people. I felt safe and knew that if there was anything that needed to be repaired it would be taken care of. I wish to thank all of you and highly recommend Blueberry Hill Apartments.

I want to express how comforting living here at Blueberry Hill has been for my and family and me. When we had the fire at our home in November, it was a very confusing time for all of us and the prospect of finding suitable furnished housing seemed daunting. After speaking with my mother, Virginia Whiteman, who lives here at Blueberry Hill, I knew this was only place I wanted to stay. Both Karen and Sandy went out of their way to make the transition comfortable. Their friendliness as well as prompt attention to details is a credit to their professionalism. It has been over 30 years since I have lived in an apartment, and I am not accustomed to the protocol. They answered each and every question I posed. The fact that Karen, upon site, remembers not only my name and apartment number but remembers to ask about the reconstruction of my home is phenomenal to me! These are the individual touches that will make me recommend Blueberry Hill to others.
Again, it has been a very pleasurable experience staying here at Blueberry Hill Apartments.

Blueberry Hill is a home away from home for us. The staff isfriendly and pleasant to work with. They are always willing to help and very accommodating. Whenever there is a problem, they and the maintenance crew are quick to respond.
The apartments are clean, specious and bright. It's quiet, there is plenty of parking and it's convenient to shopping. The complex is always kept up. The ground crew is always working to keep the area clean and beautifully landscaped.
We trully enjoy living at Blueberry Hill, our experience has been wonderful and we would highly recommend it to others. We have nothing negative to say about living here.
Our thanks to the Staff and all those who work so hard to make our stay at Blueberry Hill a pleasant one.
